Founders and Directors:Princess and Antonio Perpiglia
Princess and Antonio are a bilingual family living in South West London. Princess is of Jamaican Heritage and Antonio is South Italian. Both of their work backgrounds are in creative Field. Princess work in Fashion Industry and education for over 24 years and Antonio has been in the hospitality sector for over 30 years working in high end hospitality businesses. They are a friendly and vibrant family who have a passion for working with young people contributing to their development and witnessing them grow, excel and flourish. They are open minded and flexible and ensure they undertake relevant and up to date training courses to enhance their personal and professional development and use the knowledge gained to benefit young people they support. They are big believers in encouraging young people to become independent and develop their self-esteem.
In schools Princess worked with small groups of children, building relationships with them and being sensitive to their needs.
She has excellent communication skills, is flexible and adaptable; these characteristics ensure that she is able to work well with both children and adults. She has looked after and worked with many children, including those with Special Educational Needs. Antonioa is a dedicated and passionate Chef. He has completed his NVQ level 3 in Professional Cookery. He is reliable and believes in having a good work ethic which he will share with the Young People in this project.
